Have you got all the pieces in place for a Balanced Life?
Stephen has been involved in varying businesses for fifteen years, and in direct line sales for over twenty. He is a licensed buyer’s agent, who specialises in finding the very best investment property for his clients.
Along with his wife Annalise, Stephen has been involved with Design a Decade for over ten years, and around five years ago, Stephen joined the coaching team. He is passionate about people and loves to see them achieve their goals and dreams.
Stephen and Annalise feel relationships and family are important, and so ensure that they chisel out time for each other, as well as their seven kids – ranging from 6-23 years old. Stephen likes nothing better than settling down to read a good book with a cold brew coffee in hand.
In parallel with Julian’s main career of over thirty years as an accountant and partner with a global professional services firm, he has always needed to pursue other areas of interest. These have included teaching aerobics, professional photography and being a mentor/coach.
He has been on this journey, and this experience has drawn him to be a mentor. He is excited about helping people in a similar environment, to make good and considered decisions about their life and career.
Matt and his wife Kate have been clients since 2008 as a newly married couple. Now, years later with a young family, they have implemented the lessons from Design a Decade and have a diverse investment portfolio, a home in their dream suburb and savings that provide certainty in uncertain times.
Matt would love to work with you and help you achieve and live your best life.

Your life has income, expenditure, human resources, capital acquisitions, property maintenance, investment strategy, conflict resolution, health and safety. If you follow the principles to ‘design your next decade of life’, you will go a long way toward building your future on great fundamentals. As the increasing weight of life appears you will be well-equipped to handle it.
Examples of people already setting up life with the support of a personal mentor or coach include those who are building their family, building their career and building their wealth creation portfolio at the same time. Maybe you are single, a young couple or an established family, but trying to do multiple life-changing events at the same time is taking its toll. So are you:
Can you have a great lifestyle today and set up for the future at the same time? ABSOLUTELY!
