Refund & Cancellation Policy
Balanced Wealth Creation Pty Ltd provides services billed monthly in advance.
The service can be canceled by selecting the “Cancel Membership” option available after logging into the site. Alternatively, send an email to [email protected] for further information and instructions.
Unsubscribing to emails or email campaigns will NOT automatically cancel your monthly billing. The Cancel membership option must be used to initiate billing cancellation.
All monthly membership fees are non-refundable, and system access will be removed at the end of the current paid month.
